Inauguration and Installation of the Tree of Inspiration

FAME GC revealed a dramatic new art installation in the GCHS lobby. The hand-crafted wooden tree sculpture was conceived of and fabricated by Valerie and Michael Lasser. Alex of The Glen Cove Printery arranged to print the photos on leaves and Sinead Regan of Three Feathers added calligraphy. The first three leaves are for three beloved educators: the late Dale Alan Zurbrick, Sally Zwiebach, and the late Thom Ruckert. FAME GC announced annual scholarships for each of the aforementioned to be awarded to graduating seniors.
